okcwellpump.com collects only what it needs to get your request to a contractor.
What we collect
- Whatever you type into the request form: name, phone, town and a description of the problem.
- When you call, the phone system logs your number, the time and length of the call, and may record the conversation.
- Standard server logs such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.
How it is used
Your details are passed to the independent contractor who handles your request, so they can call you back. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it to market unrelated products.
Keeping and deleting
Records are kept only as long as needed to route requests and resolve problems. To have your information removed, reach out through the form on this site and say so.
